Information we collect
When you use a contact or inquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, land / parcel address, asking price, buyers-list criteria, and notes. We also store whether you agreed to these terms and the Privacy Policy and whether you opted in to SMS and calls.
How we use it
We use that information to respond to your real estate inquiry — for example, property details, assignment questions, buyer-list interest, and appointment confirmations. That use is transactional and conversational. We do not run promotional SMS or marketing blast campaigns from this website. Live texting stays off until 10DLC is approved.
